Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

Open the app and go to Profile
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Confirm — your account is deleted immediately and you're signed out

Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Confirm — your account is deleted immediately and you're signed out
Option 2 — Without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, contact us and we'll delete your account and associated personal data on your behalf. See our Support page for contact details, or reach us directly and include the phone number your account is registered under.
What gets deleted
Removed immediately: your profile (name, phone number, email if provided, profile photo), saved addresses, and account credentials — you can no longer sign in.
Retained (not personally identifiable to you after deletion): trip, booking, wallet, and payment records are kept in anonymized form for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, as required by applicable law.
